Jesus Rises from the Dead

On the third day after Jesus died, Mary Magdalene went to His tomb before sunrise. The great stone was rolled away, and the tomb was empty! An angel said, 'Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; He is risen, as He said!' Jesus appeared to Mary in the garden. He appeared to the apostles that night. Jesus had conquered death forever.
