David and Goliath

The Philistines had a giant warrior named Goliath — nine feet tall and covered in bronze armor. Every day for forty days he mocked the armies of Israel. No one dared to fight him. Then David, a young shepherd boy bringing food to his brothers, heard him and said, 'I will go.' With only a sling and five smooth stones, he faced the giant in the name of the Lord — and with one stone, Goliath fell.
